Get ready to start your days with a peaceful, intentional tone!
What you can expect:
- A daily email with an inspirational message and a reminder to join in the challenge on Facebook.
- A 10-minute guided yoga, and 10-minute guided journaling session in our Facebook group LIVE at 6:15am EST (if that's not your time zone, no worries, I'll post the recorded footage up on the page after).
- A daily guided wellness task to keep you feeling healthy.

- A community for accountability!
