Get ready to start your days with a peaceful, intentional tone!

What you can expect:

  • A daily email with an inspirational message and a reminder to join in the challenge on Facebook.
  • A 10-minute guided yoga, and 10-minute guided journaling session in our Facebook group LIVE at 6:15am EST (if that's not your time zone, no worries, I'll post the recorded footage up on the page after). 
  • A daily guided wellness task to keep you feeling healthy.
  • A custom-design journal PDF made just for you
  • A community for accountability!

If you complete all the tasks of the 3-day mini-challenge, you're going to feel better in mind, body, and spirit. You'll probably even feel like you're a better mom by making time to care for yourself so you can care for others!
