- A 10-minute guided yoga and journaling session in the Intentional Mamas Facebook group LIVE at 6am EST (if that's not your time zone, no worries, I'll post the recorded footage up on the page after).
- A daily guided wellness task to keep you feeling healthy.
- A custom-design journal PDF made just for mindful moms.
- A community for accountability!
