Hey! I’m Christina Dunbar, and believe it or not,
this whole thing started with a stress-induced illness...
Let’s rewind a few years: As a working mama with three young kids (including twins), I struggled daily with immense stress and overwhelm as I tried to tackle my ever-growing to-do list and even longer “should do” list. Things really fell apart when I got sick from a stress-induced illness and was forced to realize that burnout isn’t a badge of honor. I had to prioritize my wellness if I wanted to be around to take care of my family and my work. So I decided to create the resources I desperately needed to help me get there.
